The 3″ letter height took some doing!  You just run out of space.  I had to drop the zip code – since confining the City/State/Zip to a 27″ line at 3″ looked horrible (incredibly squeezed) and adding a 5th line would run over your overall height limit (but even with no zip, your address is ‘legal’).  Also, the same concern with the street address.  I went with the spirit of the 3″ requirement and switched to a 3″ scalloped box with block college font (very readable) and nested the box under the y – again because of running out of usable height (and for aesthetics).  Let me know what you think.

ps — I was not sure of the truck color, so I went with white, but this should work for layout purposes.
