 South Scottsdale Properties Yard Signs
I just submitted an order for a real estate sign. Attached is a word file showing the layout - although you probably cannot use the Word format for printing, it is just to give you an idea.
Also, could you confirm that the metal frame holder is included in price.

Keep in mind monitors vary greatly in the way they display colors. If an exact color match is needed, samples can be mailed right out. Just let me know.
After we get the final 'go ahead' your order will mail within 2 working days.

Toby, thanks for quick response. Here are some thoughts:
1. I noticed you used the same green color I had on the sample, but on my order form I had Forrest Green. Can you show it in that color, to see if the contrast works well enough with black.
2. I think the word South and Scottsdale should be the same size font
3. You can do the picture of sun any different way, to make it stand out a little more.

Attached is the Forest Green with Black. Not really good contrast - as you mentioned may be the case.
You also mentioned showing the sun up more. Attached is also an idea on this. Let me know what you think.

The first picture still looks best to me, though I am not sure I am getting the right colors on my screen. The green you sent me looks quite different from the "forest green" sample on your website.
If you could make the sun white on black instead of green on black, I think that would do it. The only problem remaining is how to handle the word "Properties", I am open to suggestions. Maybe make it white also and in some kind of a hand-script font. Or do you think it will be legible the way it is?

I wasnt sure which layout to make the changes to, so I did both. Maybe one will be what you have in mind. Everyone around the shop likes the bottom right layout (attached is a close up of this one). If I missed something (I feel that I might have) or you have any other ideas, let me know and I'll send another layout.
